MBGA: Don’t hire god damn robots!
If you want to remain in the business process for a long time, you need humans, not robots!
But what do I mean by robots and humans? Why many companies hire only robots?
Why they don’t give a fuck to humans? Why Google hire mostly humans?

Today everyone talking about how AI will take over jobs. But I believe those jobs belong to robots, not humans.
All the humans have superpowers which tend to ignore it and act like a robot.
First, because of our shitty workplaces, secondly, education systems, and thirdly bosses.
They want robots and not humans. Being human is hard and hard work sucks. But what the heck is robot and human, exactly?
You read a job opportunity mail:
“We need a software developer with 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Node.js and Vue.js, and with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.”
They want a robot. That’s clear. They want just a developer who codes and do the shit.
They don’t want a creative person with strategic thinking who has a strong knowledge of leadership and can find new opportunities with the power of imagination.
They just want a robot who writes the software and build it from an idea that he/she cannot participate in it and change it.
That’s what robots do and other animals — except humans.
They are doing things which pre-programmed, they simply can’t think outside of the box.
That’s why you read in magazines robots will replace you and will do your job. Yes! The robot will do that shit and you don’t have to.
They are faster, they don’t need smoking breaks and they are cheaper.
They will take over your job which the first designed for a pre-programmed machine.
Robots do shits with a high level of discipline, the thing that humans never can do. Believe me!
If you think you have discipline, just look at the robots in factories. They do things with high accuracy and order.
In Contrast, humans need breaks, they think all the time, they daydreaming and it takes time for a human to do a job. Why?
Because we are creative animals. We are irregular!
We can not do perfectly a regular and pre-programmed job that has a static situation.
We love to adapt to changes. That’s where creativity comes from.
Hire humans can have creativity, imagination, and think in terms of strategy. Yes, for sure robots will take over the job, but we can stay and lead.
We can unleash our true potential with the help of robots. Because they do the shit and we have time to think out of the box.
It does not matter a person has no Bachelor's or Master's degree. It does not matter a person has no years of experience.
As long as they have a high level of adaptability, keen on learning, and creativity, you can hire them.
That’s why few companies will thrive in the future, while others strive to survive.
