Why startups are fuck corporations? Simple! Because they are damn adaptable.

Try to Google “Key to have a successful company” probably you get results like this:

The key to business success is building excellent relationships. Strong Companies Are Built on Strong Relationships.Performance. Dedication. Meet People. Ask Questions. Give Value. Delegate When Needed.

What the fuck Google? There are seem reasonable, but they seem too complicated and trust me, people actually hate complicated things.

Learn my brothers and sisters. Learning is the damn thing you need to do right now. Every day, in your daily routines.

Startups introduce themselves as a status quo changer. But why startups seem so cool and organizations suck?

because they want to stick to their old ideas and static environment. They create a bubble around themselves.

In this time, another startup arises and will change the status quo and will fuck your corporation!

What do they do?

They adapt to new ways, whereas corporations stick to old ways.

So, why the business should look like this?

Yo, Yo, Yo! Adapt!

I believe it’s really easy to learn how to adapt — or to learn how to learn.

We just don’t want it. We get fucking used to old ways and that will kill us.

When a new technology, scientific, political change, design trends, and other new thingy arrive, you must be an early-adaptor.

Try to learn how to use them, how to apply them to your company, and how to encourage customers to use it.

Maybe you are complaining:

My company has such shitty hierarchy and some other policies which don’t allow us to do new things and share them.

Here’s the solution:

Leave that fucking organization. Because that company will die eventually because of a new startup. It’s just a matter of time.

Literally corporation can build startups themselves within the organization. You just need to get your head out of your ass.

Look to the market, learn how to use new things, and adapt fast to new changes.

Maybe you say:

I understand. But it takes time to do that and makes every single people in company a adaptive and a fast-learner person.

Your rights. It takes time to transform all the corporations. And you need to act fast.

The key is “R&D”.

Oh sorry, my bad. Fuck R&D!

Say hello to the E&C — entrepreneurship, and creativity.

E&C

What the hell is this?

In the E&C department, you gather a bunch of experienced entrepreneurs and creative people — like tech-savvy product designers —to create new businesses for you.

Creating startups that align with the long-term attitude of the organization is the #1 priority of this department.

You give them funds and resources to build startups.

Again you:

Why I must spend thousands or millions of dollars of my precious money on a bunch of entrepreneurs and creative people?

The answer is simple because you don’t want to smash by startups.

But if you want, who am I to stop you! Sooner or later a new startup will emerge and get million-dollar funding and will replace you.

Again you:

I can acquire them.

That’s a great idea, but if you haven’t the E&C yet, you just ruin those startups and will waste your money.

Want to be in the game?

Adapt, learn, and build your E&C.
