It’s a lifestyle. It’s the way of living which I choose.

Whatever you believe it or not, we do many activities on autopilot mode — unconsciousness.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad. It’s how you can build habits.

Trust me, without unconsciousness you cannot even walk smoothly and do many routine tasks.

So, what is the catch?

The thing is many people don’t live.

Most of the time, they are n autopilot mode. Don’t taste their food, they don’t experience anger, happiness, price, and any feelings.

They live automatically. And at end of the day, the battery will run out.

Why we must live like a machine?

We are a conscious and intelligent being.

Mindfulness is a way of living.

To make a long story short, mindfulness is pure experiencing.

Experiencing life itself. From foods to feelings.

Mindfulness is just not a hear-see-feel practice, it’s being aware of the universe.

It living in the present and also seeing the big picture.

As a mindful guru, you become your own teacher. You will improve every moment.

I personally practicing the mindfulness lifestyle for less than a year and already it teaches me a great lesson:

Be the best version of yourself every moment.
